How To Fit a Richbrook Slant Top Gear Knob:

Normal reverse: Remove the old gear knob and slide the new slant top over the shaft. Unscrew the collar at the bottom to expose the three grub screws. Tighten these and replace the collar.

Lift up reverse: Remove the old gear knob and place the lift reverse slant top over the gear shaft. Simply tighten the grub screw at the back of the and you're done.
